Project Summary:

The Contagion project is work done in conjunction with the Virginia Bioinformatics Institute, Diffusion and Individual Behavior Simulator (DIBS) team. The DIBS software is to be developed under this grant. The UIUC team will provide assistance and consulting to the DIBS team so they can implement DIBS using Charm++
