The PROJECTIONS Java-based visualization tool (henceforth refered
to as simply PROJECTIONS) comes pre-built with the CHARM++
source release. It can be located at
CHARM_LOCATION/tools/projections which will henceforth be refered to
as PROJECTIONS_LOCATION.
