Summary
We describe the compilation strategy used to generate local control flow specification in Structured Dagger from global control programs written in Charisma. This approach yields performance and productivity benefits, since the Structured Dagger implementation uses relaxed synchronization techniques, and moreover this infrastructure is available to authors of higher-level languages (such as Charisma) at no extra cost.
