I flew back to Alaska for two weeks just after Christmas 2001.
I left from O'Hare on 12/26/2001, drove down to Glennallen on
12/27, spent New Year's day 2002 back in Anchorage, and
left again on 1/7/2002. It was great to get home again; and
the weather really cooperated-- it was warmer when I arrived
in Anchorage than it was when I left in Chicago!
