I travelled to Cancun, Mexico on April 30-May 4 2000.
PPL had a paper (on our load balancing framework) accepted at
ISCOPE, held in the Westin Regina hotel. The authors wouldn't
leave during finals week, so I presented the paper.
I stayed at the Hotel Maria del Lourdes, a nice but very cheap hotel
downtown. Cancun was gorgeous.
